Group CEO
Hi, I’m Shane and the CEO of Enable. I’ve been with this business since 2007 when I joined to help the original founder to retire. I became the Managing Director in 2012 and then led a management buy-out (MBO) in 2020 becoming Group CEO when we became Enable in 2022.
I have a very personal relationship with this business. I feel like everything we do reflects me and my standards on some level. I hope your experience with our company as a staff member, client or supplier, is a positive one during which you feel cared for and is an experience I can be proud of.
I am a simplistic person; I believe in doing things right and doing them well. I believe that I will never stop learning and improving myself and my businesses. I put my everything into the success of this company.
Family and health are also important to me. As well as my extended family at Enable Group, I have a young family at home whom I adore.

Hi, I’m Daniel, the Managing Director at Enable Infrastructure. I started my career at 16 through a YTS scheme, working my way up from the tools to a board director. Along the way, I earned an MBA from Kingston University and gained over 30 years of experience. I've had the chance to work on major projects like CTRL, Crossrail, HS2, and the Forth Road Bridge, and I've led rail frameworks in CP5, CP6, and now CP7.
I joined Enable in 2017 as Operations Director and was part of the MBO buyout in 2020 led by Shane. I’m passionate about building infrastructure that serves communities and the environment, and I'm dedicated to creating a collaborative, inclusive culture where everyone can grow.
As Managing Director, I oversee complex projects across various sectors, focusing on commercial management, value engineering, and team leadership. I’ve successfully secured and delivered multiple contracts, always aiming for high quality, on-time completion, and great value to our customers.
